Smith & Fawer was originally founded on January 2, 1995 to concentrate on complex litigation matters in diverse areas of law. Now, some 15 years later, Smith & Fawer has established itself as a successful litigation boutique firm with offices in downtown New Orleans and in Jackson, Mississippi.
