Fleming construction company, Inc. began operation in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana fifty years ago in October 1954. Although we began with asphalt paving, we now do virtually all types of construction--concrete paving, underground utilities, including water lines, sewer lines, drain structures and site work.

Our mission is to become the dominant player for sewer, water, asphalt, and concrete
maintenance contracts in Orleans and surrounding parishes. We aim to achieve this by
