Located in Opelousas, Louisiana, Our Lady of Prompt Succor Nursing Home and C’est la Vie Independent Living Center are ministries of the Marianites of Holy Cross. Our non-profit facilities are designed to meet the needs for long term health care, short term rehabilitation services and independent living for seniors in a spiritual and loving environment.
Because the Marianites of Holy Cross are specially dedicated to Mary, our health care facility is named for her under the title of Our Lady of Prompt Succor. With Mary as our guide, our patroness and protector, we strive to create a place called “home” where we generously share over forty years of experience and dedication to the elderly and their families of all faiths.
Our Lady of Prompt Succor Nursing Home offers professional nursing care twenty-four (24) hours a day. Our staff of qualified and dedicated team members provide holistic care and support – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual – to our residents and their families. In addition we offer a wide range of services to meet all the needs of our residents. Our facility is conveniently located at 954 East Prudhomme Street only two blocks from Opelousas General Health System.
At C’est la Vie Independent Living Center we provide a uniquely enriching environment for senior citizens. We offer gracious retirement living in a caring and Christian environment.
