Located in Minden, Louisiana, Webster Machine Works was founded in 1987 with five employees and a 10,000 square foot building. By early 2003, the company had grown to be one of the largest, most diverse shops in the region with 50 employees working in a 47,000 square foot facility. We serve a broad cross-section of industry — mining, steel mills, pulp and paper, construction, and forest product companies all rely on Webster Machine Works to provide quality machine shop services.
Webster Machine Works’ continued growth is attributed to the dedication of serving our customers in the fastest, most efficient means possible without sacrificing quality. In order to accomplish this, the shop has evolved into six specialized departments that provide a procedural environment second to none.
The Quality Assurance program at Webster Machine Works ensures quality workmanship and continuous improvement in an ever-changing global manufacturing market. We are committed to meeting or exceeding our customers' expectations on every job that we do. With over 10,000 hours of manufacturing time available each month, we can service our customers' needs in a way not found at other machine shops.
