Each of Capital Rubber’s fabrication shops has state of the art machinery that enables Capital Rubber to provide a diversified mixture of specially designed products.

Metal Hose Shop
Capital Rubber has a full line of corrugated metal hoses for your toughest applications. Corrugated metal hoses can be fabricated in stainless steel, Monel®, or copper to your exact specifications. We have four certified welders and a full service testing facility that enables us to test every assembly. Each corrugated metal hose is hydrostatically tested to 1 1/2 times the hoses working pressure. Each metal hose is also tagged with a metal tag to ensure identification.
Rubber Hose Shop
Capital Rubber's Hose Shop has specially trained personnel that can fabricated to your exact specifications. Banded, crimped, swaged, or clamped, Capital rubber has the special machinery necessary to professionally couple your hoses from 1” – 12”. We can also supply specially designed hoses manufactured to your exact requirements.

Metal Gasket Shop
Specifically designed to fabricate metal heat exchange gaskets, The metal gasket shop can fabricate double jacketed, single jacketed, corrugated, and solid metal gaskets of sizes 1 1/2" to 120" diameter. Capital Rubber's metal gasket shop can fabricate metal gaskets in carbon steel, stainless steel, Monel, and copper. Each gasket is individually designed and fabricated by specially trained craftsman to meet the harsh and demanding environment of heat exchangers.
Soft Gasket Shop
Our soft gasket shop is one of the highest producing industrial gasket shops in the United States. It is specially designed to handle the needs of the petroleum, chemical and power industries. Garlock, Gasket Resources, Teadit, and WL Gore are some of the leading manufactures represented by Capital Rubber. Gylon, GoreTex, Sigma, Durlon, Galock 3000, PTFE, rubber, are some of the many materials fabricated by Capital Rubber.
