We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Appointments are necessary for routine visits. We have a drop off service for those clients with busy schedules. We are always available for emergencies during our normal hours of operation.
Should you have an after hours avian/exotic pet emergency, we advise that you call Southeast Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Hospital at 504-219-0444. They will contact Dr. Rich or his associate to help you with your exotic pets emergency.
