Process of Pipe Fabrication

DMI offers precision pipe fabrication for the power, petrochemical, refinery and paper industries. Our drafting department produces shop detail drawings showing bills of material and QA/QC requirements from client's orthographic or isometric drawing. Our skilled fabricators cut, fit, and weld with modern process equipment. Required NDE is performed and each spool is subjected to dimensional, it, and post-weld square-up checks.
