Rockefeller's Wine Dinner Rockefeller’s restaurant will proudly be hosting a seven course wine dinner on November 18th, 2010 featuring the wines of Alexander Valley. Winemaker Kevin Hall will be presenting five wines accompanying an especially paired menu created by the chefs at Rockefeller’s. There will also be a wine reception upon arrival. Tickets for the event will be $ 65 plus tax and gratuity. Please contact Rockefeller’s for more information. The menu is as follows:
Featuring Alexander Valley Temptation Zinfandel Sangria
Duck Wellington with wild mushroom duxelle and strawberry zinfandel reduction
Accompaniment Alexander Valley Pinot Noir
Gewürztraminer poached pear over micro greens with Maytag bleu cheese and walnut marbles and rice wine ginger vinaigrette
