Since 1975 Roy Raspanti has litigated cases before every level of State and Federal Court in parishes throughout Louisiana. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana and all Louisiana courts. He is a member of the House of Delegates of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association, and the Jefferson Parish Bar Association. He graduated from Tulane Law School in 1975 and Louisiana State University in New Orleans (University of New Orleans) in 1972.
