Founded in 1974, No Fault is one of the oldest companies in the sport and recreational industry. Since its inception over three decades ago, No Fault has continued its commitment to providing innovative product development, superior customer service, and the most knowledgeable sales agents and field technicians in the industry. Although No Fault originally specialized in track and tennis court construction, it soon became the playground safety surfacing leader with the introduction of its poured-in-place rubber surfacing product in the 1980s. No Fault was able to provide a seamless rubber playground safety surface that not only offered more cushion and impact attenuation than loose fill substances, but was also more durable, maintenance friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. Being the first of its kind, No Fault’s poured-in-place rubber safety surface ushered in a new era of playground safety by directly influencing the American Standard for Testing Methods (ASTM) and the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to develop guidelines for playground surfacing.
No Fault developed their new poured-in-place rubber safety surface at the request of a local McDonald’s franchise owner and it was soon being installed in McDonald’s restaurants all over the country and eventually worldwide. Almost immediately, large and well known companies in the entertainment and child care industries were interested in this new safety surface product. Before long, No Fault’s client list included Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Six Flags, Bright Horizons, Kinder Care, and LaPetite, to name a few. Today, No Fault’s client list has expanded to include government and military sites, park and recreation departments, resorts and hotels, children’s hospitals and various other private facilities.
Decorative and Slip Resistent
While initially designed to protect children on playground equipment, No Fault Safety Surface can also be used as a decorative and slip resistant surface for pool decks, spray grounds and waterplay areas, walking trails, and jogging tracks. Over the last two decades, No Fault has installed poured-in-place rubber safety surface in countries from Canada to the Caribbean, covering millions of square feet used for various applications.
Earlier this decade, No Fault began to offer new athletic surface products, other than playground safety surfacing, to once again meet the increasingly diverse demands of the marketplace. The intent of these new product lines was to not only compliment but to complete No Fault's presence in the sport/safety-surfacing world by offering viable and appropriate alternatives to our poured-in-place rubber safety surface. These products include, loose fill rubber mulch, bonded rubber mulch, safety tiles, synthetic grass with impact attenuation, and two types of rubber indoor sports flooring. No Fault’s new surfacing products are all pre-fabricated and “private labeled’ with No Fault being an exclusive distributor for each.
