Welcome to the website of Tax Attorney, Robert (Bob) Ginsburgh. Bob holds a degree in Business and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Bob received his law degree from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law. After graduation from law school, Bob accepted a job with the Department of Justice in Washington, DC working for the Legislative and Regulations Division of the Internal Revenue Service. Here, he spent almost seven years interpreting and writing Internal Revenue Code and was their specialist on Subchapter S Rulings.
In 1987, Bob moved to Louisiana to set up a solo tax law practice. He concentrates his practice on resolving earned income credit problems and IRS debt. With his national contacts and years of experience, he has an outstanding track record of helping people.
Bob is also a published author having written "S Corporations: A Question and Answer Source Book" for Executive Enterprises in New York.
