Since 1970, Alpha Montessori School has been sharpening the minds of its students through a revolutionary style of teaching.
The Montessori curriculum focuses on the needs and goals of the individual child rather than the class as a whole. By using this method of teaching, your child progresses at his or her own pace, rather than being held back or pushed forward like you find in conventional schooling programs
At Alpha Montessori we encourage parents to take advantage of our open door policy. We are open from 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, year-round at both of our locations in Metairie.
Alpha Montessori accepts enrollment of children from ages 12 months through kindergarten.
