The Jefferson Ballet Theatre (JBT) is a community-based, non-profit organization committed to promote the art of ballet and to offer talented dancers the opportunity to perform in a professional atmosphere. JBT's contribution to the cultural growth of Jefferson Parish is significant.
This organization is considered one of the centerpieces of cultural life in the parish. It's reputation has expanded, and it's dancers and supporters are now coming from all areas of the New Orleans metropolitan area.
