McLeod-Trahan-Sheffield Physical Therapy Services, Inc. is an independently owned practice. Founded in 1983, the three owners are each uniquely qualified physical therapists with a reputation for excellence in the Acadiana medical community. We have 3 convenient locations to serve you - Lafayette, Breaux Bridge and Youngsville. We are a PPO/HMO provider on most insurance plans. We also accept Medicare, Workers Compensation, attorney agreements, and most private insurance. We are happy to file insurance for all of our patients.
