The 2010 Operation Christmas Child has started! A shoe box filled with small toys and other gifts can open hurting hearts to God's love. October 17, 2010 until November 21, 2010 pack your box and bring it to the Welcome Center.
Time to go to the BASICS. BASIC 252 is built around three Basic Truths every child should embrace according to what Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52.
I need to make the wise choice. I can trust God no matter what. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
Small groups at River Valley Church are places where you can connect with people who share your interests, people who are at a similar stage in life or people who have expertise in an area where you would like coaching. There is a wide variety of groups offered. Some groups focus on friendship with a shared activity interest as a rallying point. Other groups focus on specific areas of study and provide coaching in important life skills.
Each month RVC'rs gather together for semi-organized projects designed to surprise our community with simple acts of kindness with no strings attached in order to demonstrate God's love in a practical way.
We are thrilled to announce the purchase of land at I-220 & Shed Rd. Get all the details and the outlook ahead as we move toward a new facility.
If you are a recent guest, we would like to invite you to a luncheon in your honor, following the 10:45 am service. This monthly event includes a catered lunch, an opportunity for you to meet our staff and other RVCers, as well as a time for you to ask any questions you may have. If you would like to attend, please indicate on your Welcome Card or call 747-4837.
