Welcome to the website of South Park Animal Hospital.
Our goal and mission at SPAH is to provide your pet with the most progressive and highest quality veterinary care throughout its life. To achieve that goal, we provide medical, surgical, dental, pain management and preventative care for your pet. Today, our pets are important members of our family and they deserve the best care and respect that can be given. We treat your family member as if it were our own. Indeed, most of them feel at home here and are anxious to visit with us.
Dr. Gill and the staff at SPAH are dedicated to providing the highest quality veterinary medicine possible. We feel God has blessed us with our pets and has given us the responsibility to care for them. In that light, we strive to be the best we can be.
A wellness and preventative program is the basis for our mission. We feel that keeping all pets' current on vaccinations, administering heartworm and parasite preventatives and having a thorough examination twice yearly is of the utmost importance to your pet's health. We have the capabilities to perform in-house blood diagnostics, X-ray and EKG tests as well as a computer-aided diagnostic program.
Our office hours are Monday thru Wednesday, 7:45am to 5:30pm and Thursday and Friday, 7:45am to 5:00pm. Appointments are encouraged to prevent long waiting times. Payment of all fees is due at time of service. Emergencies are always seen and treated during office hours. After hour emergency care is provided by the Animal Emergency Clinic of Shreveport-Bossier City located at 2421 Line Ave.
