We Are a firm dedicated to the manufacture, installation, servicing and marketing of Norweco Residential and Commercial Wastewater Treatment Systems and Jet Commercial Wastewater Treatment Systems. Our shop is located at 5705 Pine Hill Road, Shreveport, La. 71107 and our billing address is 6245 Smith Lane, Shreveport, La. 71107.
Dean's Septic Systems is a respected leader in the wastewater treatment community with more than 25 years of manufacturing and service experience in Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas. As a Norweco and Jet distributor, manufacturer, installer and service provider, we are committed to servicing our customers in the most professional way, to help clean up the environment and to provide our customers with the most up to date information on wastewater treatment systems.

Dean's is the only authorized Norweco service provider in the North Louisiana area. Also, we are the only company authorized to send Norweco aerators back to the factory under the Fifty Year Exchange Program and the only company authorized to service your system unless they have a State of Louisiana Installer's License. Out-of-Town home inspectors are NOT authorized to inspect your system without a State of Louisiana Installer's License. Before letting anyone service your system, please check with the Health Department (see the link to the health departments) to make sure that he or she is licensed with the State of Louisiana, Texas or Arkansas.
If you are having a Wastewater Treatment System installed, please make sure that the install will come back every six months to service your system for the first two years. Please get this in writing before your system is installed. THIS IS MANDATED BY THE STATE OF LOUISIANA- NO EXCEPTIONS.
