Factory Service Agency, Inc. is incorporated in the State of Louisiana, and has been in existence since 1975. We are a "small business", licensed as Mechanical and General Contractors statewide. We are primarily engaged in the installation, service and maintenance of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, including all necessary and accompanying ductwork, controls, piping, refrigerant specialties, etc. We also maintain all required licenses in parishes (counties) and municipalities of southern Louisiana. We provide service and maintenance contracts and offer total maintenance agreements to numerous accounts.

Factory Service Agency, Inc. is an authorized dealer for all major brands of air conditioning equipment, including, but not limited to Carrier, Trane, York, McQuay, Dunham-Bush, Liebert, Bohn and Airflow. Our Technicians have been specially trained at numerous courses provided by the various manufacturers and are all experienced in service and installations. We provide 24-hour emergency service, with a qualified mechanic always on call through answering and paging service. We have on-premise sheetmetal operation which compliments our installation business and also provides necessary service for correction of airflow/ductwork problems.
Additional special abilities include Energy Management system design and installation, serving as the Honeywell Automation Control Specialist for this area. We also provide service as Air Quality Consultants.
